SUMMER ALERT:Are you drinking enough water?

During summer,its very important to make sure we are drinking enough.Our bodies need water or other fluids to work properly.We lose water through evaporation when we breath and sweat as the temperature rises and as we do more activity.This increases the amount of water the body loses.
Two third of our body weight is made of water.The fluid lost should be replaced.

Importance of drinking water:

1.About 66%of human body consists of water.Water exists within all our organs and is trasported throughout our body to assist physical functions.
2.Aperson can live about a month without food,but only a week without water.If a human does not absorb enough water dehydration is the result.
3.A person should drink 2 liters of water DAILY.
4.Water regulated the body temperature.
5.Water flushes away the toxins from our body.
6. If you feel fatigue and headache, it may be the sign of dehydration.
7.Drink water on empty stomach.As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 x160ml glasses of water.
8.Improves circulation and blood flow.
9.Lubricates your joints.
10Lack of water is the no: 1 trigger of daytime fatigue.
